A wood-burning fireplace cassette in solid cast iron that transforms open fireplaces into efficient and modern heating solutions. You retain the cosiness of a fireplace, and you also get a more economical and safe heating source as you avoid embers and sparks entering the room. The fireplace cassette is designed by the Norwegian design agency Hareide Design, and features a curved glass panel that provides a panoramic view of the flames. A top-draught valve keeps the glass clean, and a practical log stop in the combustion chamber provides extra safety to prevent wood from rolling out. Fresh air connection is facilitated for optimal heating in low-energy homes. *The grate shown around the cassette is optional equipment and is not included in the price.
